Since the formation of this trust our social work has remained mainly in medical and educational field. We have conducted many medical camps in which large no. Of proof people suffering from various chronic diseases. We have organized special Eye checking and spectacle distribution camp for poor people. We also help poor people for their diagnostic, medicinal and surgical treatment by financial aid. We also help poor student for their education expenses.

At present treatment for all diseases have become very expensive. those who are rich & upper meddle class people, they can afford or manage treatment cost effectively but for lower meddle class people and poor, extreme poor class people it has become very difficult to get proper treatment due to heavy expenses. For this class of people who suffer from acute as well as chronic diseases their suffering, misery are very, very painful this is due to two main reason....
i)  They can not get proper direction for proper treatment.
ii) they can not offer treatment due to shortage of money.
In our civilized world it is very shocking that so many people die from these main reason. 


For to give not only relief but also permanent cure for those patients suffering from many diseases.  Jagruti Charitable Trust has offered help to those miserable people. On behalf of Jagruti Charitable Trust we do treatment of this poor people, absolutely free of cost and with whatever proper treatment available and suitable to patient so that patient should not suffer from suppression of their malady.
             At present we do treatment of 145 children who are suffering from hearing loss, speech problem, blindness and who are mentally retarded. We also give treatment free of cost to other 65 poor patient.
We have planned to establish orphanage, Naturopathic hospital and meditation center and we have prepared project reports for the same.
